Hubei Green Horizon Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a Premium jackets & garment factory located in Wuhan. It's a joint venture company established in 2003 by an Italian customer who had cooperated many years with one of the Chinese partners with 20 years of experience producing down garments. The factory produce high quality fashion garments for export and high end domestic brands.

The company began successfully producing for high quality Chinese brands. These brands want to use the expertise of Italian production for their products to be more successful in China's expanding market, where now quality has become a necessity due to customer's better buying habits. Some Chinese and Italian brand market leaders have asked Hubei Green Horizon and their cooperating Italian designers to create and produce new styles of jackets to add to their already famous lines.

Hubei Green Horizon is specialized in making down jackets, spring jackets- both quilted and poly-filled, working clothes and children's wear.

Our clients are mostly in Italy and other European countries. In order to meet their high demands, all garments use original Italian style and excellent pattern design, some even coming directly from Italian designers. Experienced specialized staff in the sample room can realize new prototypes in just one day. All staff follows a continuous training program according to the best Western standards of operation under the supervision of an Italian manager in order to reach the optimum working level.

Our company has the most advanced Gerber CAD system which can fit different requests made by customers. Through research and modification the styles can be carefully fitted and designed to arrange the collection and production. Patterns are perfectly combined using both the CAD system and handmade designs to fulfill the requests of the customers. Chinese High end brands received new paper pattern reviewed directly from Italy and print here.

The use of CAD marking system greatly reduces the waste of fabrics. Taking advantage of the CAD's meticulous preservation of collection consumption data plays a very important role in saving on the cost and time of bulk production.

In the factory area there are six lines sewing lines with the average out-put of 15, 000 PCS/month. Nearly half of the employees are the skilled tailors who work on BROTHER and JUKI machines. They are supervised by a senior management staff who studied abroad to oversee the whole production process. For quality control purposes, there is a specialized technician on hand to work closely with the technical department in solving various sewing problems in a timely manner to produce perfect results.

Each product will be strictly inspected for quality, including trimming stray threads, cleaning chalk lines, as well as examining the overall sewing and fitting of the styles. If any problems are found, it will be repaired by the responsible department and then be sent to the checking department for re-check. Before each shipment, there will be a random carton checking in order to prevent any unqualified products from leaving the factory.
